Soybean oil press machine can squeeze about 20 kilograms of soybean oil from 100 kilograms of soybeans, but the specific amount of oil that can be squeezed out depends on the quality of the soybeans, the squeezing process, the oil pressing machine, etc. Different squeezing processes oil pressing machines and different types of soybeans (raw materials) will affect the oil yield of soybeans. The following is a detailed introduction to the factors that affect the oil yield of squeezing soybean oil:
1. Raw materials:
Soybean oil is taken from soybean seeds and is the most produced oil in the world. The oil content of soybean seeds of different sizes, shapes, and colors varies. Among them, yellow soybeans are the most and have the highest oil content, which is the main raw material for oil production. In addition, according to the type of soybeans, they can be divided into soybean crude oil and genetically modified soybean oil. Since genetically modified soybeans are cheaper, have higher yields, and have higher oil content than ordinary soybeans, genetically modified soybeans are now commonly used to extract soybean oil.
2. Pressing process:
The oil content of soybeans is 16% to 22%, which is a low-oil oil. Since the oil content of soybeans is relatively low, oil is generally extracted by pressing or one-time leaching. The oil content of the cake obtained after pressing is very high, at 35% to 52%, and oil can be extracted again. Therefore, the cold pressing and low-temperature desolventizing (leaching) method is adopted. First, a part of the soybean crude oil and protein cake is obtained by cold pressing, and then the oil in the cake is extracted by low-temperature desolventizing (leaching), so that the oil in the soybean can be fully extracted.
3. Oil press machine:
The oil yield of soybean oil directly extracted by oil press and soybean oil extracted by oil press after pretreatment is different.
(1) When soybean oil is directly extracted by oil press, the factors affecting the oil yield of soybean are limited to the quality of soybean and the performance of oil press. The oil yield of soybean can only be accelerated by improving the quality of soybean oil and the performance of oil press.
(2) When soybeans are extracted by oil press after pretreatment, the temperature, moisture, humidity, state, etc. of soybeans are adjusted to the most suitable state for oil press in the pretreatment stage, which can accelerate the oil yield of soybean oil.
4. The formula for calculating the oil yield from pressing is:
Weight of pressed crude oil
Oil yield from pressing (%) =————————×100%
